Requirements

University graduate in Marketing or related discipline

Minimum 10 years experience on Business Development/ Public Relations/ Marketing/ Customer Relationship Management

Proficient in design applications including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw are definitely advantages

Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

Demonstrate strong communication, self- motivation, responsible, interpersonal and presentation skills

Fluent English, Cantonese & Mandarin preferred

Occasional travel to China is required

Scope of work

Assist General Manager to develop and implement effective strategic marketing plan to penetrate into new markets

Conduct market research

Maintain clients’ database

Enhance corporate image in various channels, engage in CSR events

Liaise with internal and external designers on promotional materials planning

Work closely with various departments to execute a project

Engage in direct face-to-face marketing

Developing and establishing new markets

Requirements

Degree holder or equivalent is preferred

Minimum 8 years solid & relevant working experience in Interior Design or Decoration field (Especially in Retail Industry)

Proficient PC knowledge & skills

Fluent English, Cantonese & Mandarin preferred

Tendering/ Site supervision experience is required

Independent, self-motivated, hardworking and willing to work overtime

Job Duties

Overseeing & controlling the quality & progress of construction projects

Monitoring work schedules

Attending regular meetings with clients and sub-contractors and ensuring on-time progresses and deliveries

Reviewing existing work procedures and following up with corrective actions to maximize effectiveness

Tender submission, contractual documents, all-rounded projects administration

Project Coordinator (Post Date: March 2015)

At least three years relevant experience gained from project management.

Responsible for overall project management duty: includes construction, cost & quality control, and ultimately the profitability of the project.

Responsible for coordinating, supervising and controlling the decoration and fitting-out works.

Good communication and language skills - both English and Cantonese

Ability to work independently and under pressure, responsible, well-organized, hardworking with team spirit

Self-motivate, reliable and outstanding problems solving skills

Responsible for assisting PM for the whole project management, on-site supervise and control the decoration and fitting-out works

Closely monitor the site progress and performance of the contractors / sub-contractors on site
